Caleb joined J Farren-Price in January 2026, bringing with him a strong foundation in luxury service and a lifelong passion for fine watches. Following years of experience in the hotel and aviation industries, he has cultivated a deep understanding of world-class hospitality and the importance of creating memorable client experiences.
Caleb’s love of watches began early, as he looks fondly on the memories of discussing horology with his father since the age of ten. These conversations have naturally evolved into a personal interest in collecting and appreciating the diversity of timepieces across brands and eras. Holding a Bachelor of Business in Hospitality Management from the International College of Hotel Management, Caleb brings a service-led, intuitive approach to his role. He values making clients feel at ease, welcomed, and genuinely understood, believing that the experience surrounding a watch is just as important as the piece itself. Outside the boutique, Caleb rows with the Mosman Rowing Club on Middle Harbour, where time on the water allows him to reset and recharge, returning to the boutique with a considered, energetic approach to client care.
