Our service team is led by After Sales Manager and Head Watchmaker Wolf von Kehler. With decades of international horological experience, he brings exceptional knowledge and leadership to the workshop.
Each timepiece entrusted to us is cared for by a dedicated team of expert watchmakers. With over 45 years of experience, Ken brings a meticulous approach to his craft, alongside Jean-Charles, whose 15 years of international experience are matched by a deep appreciation for the significance behind every timepiece. James completes the watchmaking team with his disciplined and considered approach to repairs.
YOUR SERVICE JOURNEY
Following the completion of your timepiece's service, our professional polisher, Elena, is highly skilled in applying precise techniques to restore each watch to its original lustre.
Throughout the process, our Service Manager Bryan will be your point of contact should you have any follow-up questions. Together with the watchmaking team, he coordinates a seamless experience and keeps you informed at every stage.

As a certified second-hand dealer for many of the watch brands we represent, J Farren-Price offers a trusted and discreet pathway for clients wishing to part with their timepieces. If you have purchased your watch from us, our boutique is uniquely positioned to assist with its resale.
We invite you to contact us or visit the boutique with your timepiece for an initial assessment. To ensure authenticity, the original box and papers are required. From there, we guide you through the process with care and transparency, helping place your watch with a new owner while preserving its value and provenance.
