She particularly enjoys being part of a client’s engagement journey and helping select pieces that become lasting keepsakes. Having recently celebrated her own marriage while wearing her grandmother’s sapphire ballroom ring, Hayley truly values the way jewellery can carry memories, connect generations, and become part of a family’s story.
