Elena joined the J Farren-Price Service Centre in March 2023, bringing a unique combination of artistic training and technical skill to her role as Polisher. Her work plays an integral part in the restoration process, carefully refinishing watch cases and bracelets to ensure each timepiece is presented at its very best while respecting its original character.

What Elena enjoys most about her role is the opportunity to restore pieces that have been well worn and well loved, returning them to their former beauty while preserving the story they carry. She has a particular appreciation for engraved timepieces, recognising the personal history and sentiment they represent. Every piece is approached with great care to ensure these meaningful details remain intact throughout the restoration process.

To Elena, luxury watches are far more than finely crafted objects. They are treasured possessions that carry memories, mark significant moments, and are intended to be passed from one generation to the next. It is this enduring legacy that makes her role especially rewarding.
