Patek Philippe - Releases New Grand Complication Rare Handcrafts and a New "Snow Set" Diamond Nautilus

These new releases celebrate the "Rare Handcrafts” exhibition which was on display last month at the company’s headquarters on the Rue du Rhône 41 in Geneva. According to the brand, it will be the “richest collection ever to be on display there."

While not readily available to order with the lower numbers produced, these pieces are worth learning about as they perfectly showcase the innate artistry and skilled horological mastery that makes Patek Philippe such a unique and sought after brand in its own right. This is something we value so highly in our long standing partnership with Patek Philippe.

A miracle of transparency, the Reference 5304 self-winding Grand Complication with minute repeater and retrograde perpetual calendar is reinterpreted in a new rose gold version on which the bezel, lugs and fold-over clasp are enhanced with 80 baguette-cut diamonds (~6.22 cts). This sparkling touch highlights the ingenious calendar display system with sapphire disks. The "leaf" motif engraved on the white gold inserts adorning the sides of the case is echoed on the off-center rose gold mini-rotor visible through the transparent case back.

The Reference 5374 Grand Complication with minute repeater and perpetual calendar combines technical excellence and elegance in a new white gold version with a Grand Feu blue enamel dial featuring a glossy finish. The case shape is distinguished by its subtle interplay of curves and its concave bezel. The minute repeater with its “cathedral" gongs wrapping almost twice around the movement is distinguished by its rich, deep sound.

Patek Philippe unveils a new white gold ladies' minute repeater with a highly refined exterior. The gold dial plate is hand-guilloched with a swirling pattern, then coated with transparent blue enamel revealing the underlying decoration, a rare handcrafts technique known as flinqué enamel. The bezel is lit up by a double row of 168 Top Wesselton Pure diamonds (~0.78 ct) set using the "Flamme®" technique. The self-winding R 27 PS caliber is distinguished by the tuneful sound of its two classic gongs.

The architecture and meticulous finishing of the self-winding caliber 324 S are visible through a transparent sapphire crystal case back. The bracelet is equipped with a patented Patek Philippe fold-over clasp secured by four independent catches. The new Nautilus Haute Joaillerie sparkles with the fire of 2,553 brilliant-cut internally flawless Top Wesselton (~12.69 cts).
